Who operates this website

This independent project information website is operated by Team Arora, RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc., Brokerage. It is not DiGreen Homes’ official website.

Your enquiries

When you submit the registration form, Team Arora receives your name, email address, phone number, realtor answers, home-buying interests, how you heard about the project and consent choices. These details are stored in Team Arora’s shared Supabase lead database under the Navera project and used to respond to your enquiry and manage follow-up.

The submission also includes the page path, any campaign source/medium/name, browser information and a salted hash of your network address for abuse prevention. The raw network address is not stored in the lead record. Database access is restricted to authorized administrators; visitors cannot read enquiries.

Your email and optional SMS consent choices are recorded with the enquiry. You can withdraw consent by contacting Team Arora. This form does not automatically enroll you in an email or text campaign.

Hosting and external services

The hosting service may process routine technical request data to serve and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Links to Google Maps, DiGreen Homes and Team Arora lead to external websites with their own privacy practices. This site does not use advertising pixels or browser storage for form entries.
